BMS Circuit

This Battery BMS 3S 12V 25A Charger 18650 BMS Lithium battery protection board.It is use to protect the battery to prevent the battery from being over-discharged or over-charged during use, resulting in battery damage.

A battery management system (BMS) is an electronic regulator that monitors and controls the charging and discharging of rechargeable batteries. Battery BMS protection boards are the brains behind battery packs. 20A 4S BMS manages the output, charging, and discharging and also provides critical safeguards to protect the batteries from damage. 18650 protection circuit Board is a high-accuracy voltage detection circuit. The 20A protection board can  be used for lithium-ion Phosphate batteries, Low power inverters, massager battery packs, electronics, LED light backup power supplies, solar street lights battery packs and many other products

Battery Charger Protection Board is a 3S 10A board. Lithium Batteries BMS with 10.8V rated voltage for polymer battery, 11.1V 18650, or 3.7V lithium battery rated voltage and  12.6V lithium battery can be charged. And discharge 10A (referring to the maximum discharge current limit) Lithium battery protection board it also comes with over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short circuit protection. A battery pack built together with a battery management system with an external communication data bus is a smart battery pack. A smart battery pack must be charged by a smart battery charger.

This HX-3S-F100A based 100A BMS board is also called (a battery management system ). HX-3S-F100A is a protection board for li-ion 18650 cells. There are 10 MOSFET’S, a strong heat-dissipating aluminum sheet installed on it, and the continuous current limit is 100A. It is suitable for 3 series lithium battery packs such as inverter, xenon lamp, and solar street lamp.

The TP4056 1A Li-ion Lithium Battery Charging Module – Micro USB is a 3.7V lithium battery charger module that has an onboard Micro USB interface. TP4056 With Micro-USB onboard connector, you can directly connect to the computer USB port for battery charging. If USB is not available you can use an external source voltage at IN+/IN- pads, great for DIY projects. It is small size and lightweight.

Using the resistance of the discharge process, resistive load will seriously heat, please pay attention to safety.Please install the 50W aluminum resistance (has been soldered half part of high temperature line) to a metal plate to use.This circuit voltage in order to improve the measurement accuracy, specially designed DC bias, when the terminal connects nothing will display a small voltage, but does not affect the actual measurement, if you are shorting the input terminal (absolute 0V) will display 0.
